'Midlands Strongest Woman, Britain’s and Worlds Strongest Woman Qualifier'
My previous sporting experience includes county level sprinting and heptathlon up to 18 years old, when I went to University I moved to Rugby union and rowing. I continued to play rugby for a few years after university until I got my nose broken and decided I didn’t want the risk of being hit in the face anymore. This is when I moved over to Olympic weightlifting after finding my love for strength training, I competed at a national level at the English championships for a few years and then I discovered my true love and calling... Strongwoman! I competed for the first time in 2019 and managed to qualify for Britain’s strongest woman in the light weight category!
